Recommendations vary, but a general rule suggests an inspection every 2 to 5 years.
Some homeowners have a yearly inspection performed by a service on an annual contract. These inspections are often performed under a warranty-- however, this can mean that the service provider has no interest in finding any pest damage and will not provide the best inspection.
If you are a client and would like to request an inspection, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Most inspections cost between $200 to $350. Pricing varies based on the size of the home, attached decks, crawlspaces, etc.
