SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages from Cornerstone Property Management, you consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from us at the mobile number you provided.

Messages may include communications related to property management services, rental inquiries, applications, lease or tenancy matters, maintenance requests and updates, inspections, appointments, rent or account reminders, lease renewals, property access, notices, and other service-related communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your relationship and interactions with Cornerstone Property Management.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Cornerstone Property Management is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Cornerstone Property Management.

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving property management services.

Delivery of SMS and MMS messages is subject to the availability and capabilities of your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our SMS messaging program will be handled in accordance with the Cornerstone Property Management Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
